How do I place an order?
To order click on the 'Buy Now' to add item(s) to your cart. You can add/delete items in your cart by clicking on the appropriate button. Once we have received notification of your order by credit card we will process your order and you will receive an email receipt of your order.

What payment methods do you accept?

How do I know my credit card purchases are secure?
These transactions are protected by going through our Secure Server used by our website to provide you with 128 bit secure, online credit card processing.

Our server uses SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption to scramble the transmission between you and healthybodyhealthylives.com so that anyone attempting to intercept the message will be unable to read it. SSL is the best method currently available to secure your transaction. How can I cancel my order before checking out?
You can cancel the order process at any time by clicking on the cancel button or deleting each item form your cart.

How much will the shipping cost and how is it determined?
Shipping prices are product-based. When you select the product(s) you wish to purchase and fill out the form at checkout, the shipping charge will be displayed.
In the event of delays, every effort will be made to contact you by phone or e-mail. If the delay is due to backorder, you will receive notice and be given the choice to remain on backorder, substitute to another item, or cancel your order.

We try to ship within 1-2 business days upon receipt of payment, but shipping may take up to 14 days. Shipping times vary. We will notify you if there will be a significant delay in shipping your product(s) to you. We ship UPS, sorry but we cannot deliver to (PO Box) Postal Boxes. Shipping address must a physical address. When you select the product(s) you wish to purchase and fill out the form at checkout, the shipping charge will be displayed so you know exactly how much is added to cover shipping and handling. Orders requiring Rush Delivery and/or Special Handling will be subject to additional special handling charges. When we receive an order requiring special handling we will inform you by email of any additional charges. Do you offer a Professional Discount?
Yes. If you are a professional in the medical field, a certified Chiropractor or massage tharapist, you qualify for a $100 discount. When you order the Professional Package at full price, just fax us a copy of your license and we will discount your cost $100. Our Fax Number: 800-603-0260.

What is your Return Policy?
RichWay International, Inc. warranty term is 3 years. If there are any problems with the product, the company will repair or exchange the product. The complete warranty is included with the product. The manufacturers' warranty covers repair or replacement of defective parts, subject to the conditions set forth. Shipping charges are not refundable. We do not pay for postage on returns. International customers are responsible for duty taxes and shipping if order is refused.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for exchange or refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) within 30 days subject to less refund depending on refund period. You may cancel this transaction without any penalty or obligation within 7 days after receipt of the product. If you cancel any payment made by you under the contract or sale will be returned following receipt by RichWay of your product for return.
If you cancel, you must return the product in substantially as good condition as when received any goods delivered to you under the contract or sale.

Call RichWay for a return authorization number which you write on the package under their address. Item(s) must be shipped back to RichWay International. All returned merchandise must be in original factory condition, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, warranty cards (not filled-out) and all accessories. Please do not tape or write anything on the item! We will charge you for replacement of damaged, altered, missing, written-on or taped-on contents or cartons. We reserve the right to refuse any such returns.

Please pack the products into a shipping box with plenty of packing material, and tape securely. You can use the original shipping carton it was shipped to you in.

Please ship your parcel back to RichWay freight prepaid! We suggest that you use UPS Ground Service "Insured." Sorry, we cannot accept COD or freight-collect shipments. Refund period: 1-7 days from date of delivery receive full 100% refund. 8-14 days from date of delivery receive 70% refund. 15-30 days from date of delivery receive 50% refund. 31 or more days from delivery date receive 0% refund.
